By purchasing services or digital products from Signature Style Lab, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.
1. Scope of Service
Signature Style Lab provides technical image consulting, color analysis, and digital style guides based entirely on the data, answers, and photographs provided by the client. Accuracy of the final deliverable relies heavily on the quality and lighting of the photos you upload.
2. Delivery Timeline
- The standard delivery timeline for digital guides, blueprints, and custom lookbooks is 14 business days from the date we receive your fully completed intake questionnaire and all required photographs.
- Delayed submission of your intake assets will result in a corresponding delay in your final product delivery.
3. All Sales Are Final (No Refunds)
Due to the digital, highly customized, and labor-intensive nature of technical image consulting, all sales are final. Signature Style Lab does not offer refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks once payment has been processed and your intake asset file has been opened.
4. Revisions and Feedback
Your digital lookbook is delivered as a complete, finished asset based on professional technical standards.
- No Revisions Included: The baseline MVP package does not include open-ended structural revisions or redos based on subjective preference shifts.
- Clarifications: We are happy to clarify any technical data points within your delivered guide within 7 days of receipt via email.
5. Intellectual Property
All template designs, structural layouts, and methodology frameworks utilized in your digital lookbook remain the exclusive intellectual property of Signature Style Lab. Your customized guide is for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or repurposed for commercial gain.
